伴随高等教育规模的扩大,高校女教师数量也不断增加,但是质量优势却相对较弱,这主要由于受传统性别观念影响下女教师发展自主性不够和不公平的发展环境导致。文章从社会性别角度指出要通过培养高校女教师的主体意识,营造良好发展环境,促进潜能开发来实现高校女教师发展。
With the expansion of higher education, the number of female teachers in colleges and universities is also on the increase, but the quality advantages are relatively weak. This is mainly due to the lack of autonomy and unfair development environment for female teachers under the influence of traditional gender concepts. From the perspective of gender, the article points out that it is necessary to realize the development of female teachers in colleges and universities by cultivating the awareness of female teachers in colleges and universities, creating a favorable development environment and promoting the development of potentialities.
