T细胞活化需要识别双信号系统,即MHC-抗原肽提供的第一信号和共刺激分子提供的协同刺激信号。共刺激分子中有正性分子和负性分子之分,二者之间的平衡对自身免疫的启动,发生,发展有重要意义。负性共刺激分子除了CTLA-4外,PD-1、BTLA、TIM-3为新近发现的负性共刺激分子,在多种自身免疫性疾病发生、发展中起作用。本文就其结构,表达,功能及负性调节机制及其与自身免疫病的关系作简要阐述。
