目的:探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植在治疗面部凹陷畸形中的临床效果。方法:2016年2月至2018年12月，自贡市第四人民医院烧伤整形美容外科收治22例面部凹陷畸形患者，男4例，女18例，年龄16～56岁，平均38岁。22例患者均给予自体脂肪颗粒移植术进行治疗，通过比较面部移植术后与术前图像变化，分析其形态变化。结果:22例实施面部脂肪注射填充患者，随访6～12个月，面部凹陷畸形明显改善且患者满意率高，术中及术后无明显严重并发症。结论:自体脂肪颗粒注射填充对面部凹陷畸形治疗效果佳，术后效果持久稳定，值得临床应用。“,”Objective:To describe the role of fat grafting in the management of facial deformities.Methods:The study population was composed of all patients with facial deformities who underwent facial fat grafting between February 2017 and December 2017, including 4 males and 18 females, aged 16-56 years, with average 38 years. We analyzed the postoperative morphological changes by comparing the grafted side of the face to the preoperative picture.Results:Twenty-two patients were surgically treated with fat transplantation for facial asymmetry due to a pathological postoperative healing of the soft tissue. Postoperative satisfaction rate was high without major complications.Conclusions:Fat grafting is a very powerful tool to correct facial deformities and to ensure a long-term follow-up results.
