目的研究白细胞介素-18(IL-18)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)中的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测108例冠心病患者及44例健康者血清IL-18和MMP-9水平。结果 ACS组血清IL-18和MMP-9水平均显著高于稳定型冠心病组和对照组,并且二者水平呈正相关关系。结论 ACS患者血清IL-18和MMP-9明显升高,二者可能协同促进斑块发展、不稳定,从而导致急性冠脉综合征的发生。
Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin-18 (IL-18) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and their clinical significance. Methods The levels of serum IL-18 and MMP-9 in 108 patients with coronary heart disease and 44 healthy controls were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Serum levels of IL-18 and MMP-9 in ACS group were significantly higher than those in stable coronary heart disease group and control group, and the levels of serum IL-18 and MMP-9 were positively correlated. Conclusions Serum levels of IL-18 and MMP-9 in patients with ACS are significantly higher than those in patients with ACS. The two may synergistically promote plaque development and instability, leading to the occurrence of acute coronary syndrome.
