上海市标准化研究院(Shanghai Institute of Standardization,简称SIS)是上海市质量技术监督局下属事业单位,集标准化科研、服务和应用于一体的公益性科研机构。依托系统规划的标准馆藏体系和信息化服务手段,为社会各界提供国内外各类标准文献资源公共服务。上海市组织机构代码管理中心和中国物品编码中心上海分中心也设在SIS。多年来,SIS先后完成科研项目数百项,并联合上海研发公共服务平台,在2010年实现了标准信息资源在研发平台网站的逻辑嵌入,实现了对研发平台中小企业用户的公共服务。为“科研机构如何更好地服务中小企业”这个命题,交出了一份不错的答卷。 Shanghai Institute of Standardization (SIS) is a subordinate unit of Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.
