本文讨论了理论燃烧温度、炉顶温度与煤气利用的关系;根据热交换理论导出这两个温度指标以及渣铁温度与燃料消耗之间的定量计算式,并用操作高炉的实际数据检验了它的正确性。利用它可以计算高炉焦比、分析和决定综合鼓风时的最佳操作条件;也可以计算在一定冶炼条件下各种因素对燃料消耗的影响量。文中提出的定量关系还可以做计算机控制高炉的数学模型。由于所需的温度讯号可以连续取得,如能结合控制料速和煤气分布的模型,则其在线控制的效果将比一般模型为佳。
In this paper, the relationship between theoretical combustion temperature and furnace top temperature and gas utilization is discussed. Based on the theory of heat exchange, the two temperature indexes and the quantitative formula between temperature and fuel consumption of slag and iron are deduced. The actual data of BF Correctness It can be used to calculate the blast furnace coke ratio, analyze and determine the best operating conditions when integrated blasting; can also be calculated under certain smelting conditions, the impact of various factors on fuel consumption. The quantitative relationship proposed in the paper can also be used to do the mathematical model of computer controlled blast furnace. Since the required temperature signal can be obtained continuously, the effect of on-line control is better than that of the general model if the model is used to control the material velocity and gas distribution.
