微合金控轧钢是六十年代发展起来的一种新型钢种,由于其强韧性机理不同于非控轧钢,因此,在焊接上也有其特点。本文采用焊接热模拟处理技术对微钛控轧钢(10T1)焊接热影响区(HAZ)的组织和性能,进行了深入研究,并利用电子显微镜,电子探针等微观检测手段对该钢热影响区中出现的脆化倾向、软化现象等进行了分析探讨,提出了看法。文章还就进一步完善微钛控轧钢提出了建议。
Microalloyed rolled steel is a new kind of steel developed in 1960s. Because of its toughness mechanism is different from non-controlled rolled steel, it has its own characteristics in welding.
