目的:建立胆香鼻炎片质量标准。方法:采用显微法对鹅不食草进行鉴别,采用TLC对猪胆粉、广藿香、白芷、山银花进行鉴别;用HPLC法测定白芷中欧前胡素的含量,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40),流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为250nm。结果:显微特征明显,TLC色谱斑点清晰;欧前胡素在0.0487μg~0.5844μg的范围内线性良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率(n=6)为98.5%(RSD为2.1%)。结论:本法准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standards of gallbladder rhinitis tablets. Methods: The goose weeds were identified by microscopy, and the contents of imperatorin in Angelica dahuricae were determined by TLC. The HPLC was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (60:40). The flow rate was 1.0mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 250nm. Results: The microscopic features were clear and TLC chromatograms were clear. Imperatorin had a good linearity (r = 0.9998) in the range of 0.0487μg ~ 0.5844μg with an average recovery of 98.5% (n = 6) . Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
