随着计算机数字化技术不断地更新,生产方式发生变化。企业间的竞争已不仅是物质资本等传统资源的竞争,而是人力资本的竞争。采油厂通过引进数字化技术,提高了生产率,更好地解放劳动力,同时,由于采油厂数字化管理模式的实施,使其劳动力组织架构发生变化。那么在数字化条件下,现有的人力资本存量在数量和质量上是否能够满足生产的需要,一线操作员工需要具备哪些相应的素质和能力成为数字化采油厂关注的重点。
With the continuous updating of computer digital technology, the mode of production has changed. The competition among enterprises has not only the competition of traditional resources such as material capital, but also the competition of human capital. Through the introduction of digital technology, oil production plants have raised their productivity and liberated the labor force better. At the same time, due to the implementation of the digital management mode of the oil production plant, the organizational structure of the labor force has been changed. Under the condition of digitization, therefore, the existing stock of human capital can meet the demand of production in terms of quantity and quality. What are the corresponding qualities and abilities of front-line workers should become the focus of the digital oil producer.
