目前,我国主要油田已进入了聚合物驱油提高采收率阶段,应用聚合物驱油取得了良好的经济效益。油田聚合物驱油采出液需要脱出污水处理,将脱出的污水回注地层。但是,聚合物驱油大部分使用的是聚丙烯酰胺,水中含有一定量的聚丙烯酰胺,经常造成堵塞污水处理过滤器,8h左右就得清洗一次过滤器,给生产管理带来了相当大的困难。并且污水中含有聚丙烯酰胺,大大增加了含油和悬浮物污水的处理难度[1~4]。常规的含油污水处理剂不能很好地完成采出污水处理的要求,处理后的污水质量不能达到回注的要求,影响污水回注任务的完成。
At present, the major oilfields in China have entered the stage of enhanced oil recovery by polymer flooding and achieved good economic benefits by polymer flooding. Oilfield polymer flooding production fluid needs to be out of sewage treatment, the projectile water back into the formation. However, most of the polymer flooding is using polyacrylamide. The water contains a certain amount of polyacrylamide, which often causes clogging of the sewage treatment filter. After 8 hours, the filter has to be cleaned once, which brings a considerable amount of production management difficult. And the sewage contains polyacrylamide, greatly increased the difficulty of oil and suspended wastewater treatment [1 ~ 4]. Conventional oily wastewater treatment agent can not well meet the requirements of the sewage treatment, the treated wastewater quality can not meet the requirements of the backfill, affecting the completion of the task of wastewater recharging.
