我处在地面建筑工程施工中,材料的垂直提升,大部分采用地面设立井字型提升塔。由于提升塔安全措施不够完善,工人们上下登高作业,经常靠攀登脚手架杆或者走临时楼梯。这种方法不仅消耗工人体力,而且也不利于安全生产。尤其在施工高层构筑物,安全问题更为突出。为了改变这一状态,我们处先后革新了几种安全装置。在兖州矿区兴隆庄矿井45米高砖结构烟囱施工中,采用了内设活动脚手平台,外立井字型提升塔的施工方法。并在提升塔的罐笼中首次装置了简易安全装置。
I was in the ground construction works, the vertical upgrading of materials, most of the use of the ground to set up the well font lift tower. Due to inadequate safety measures in the hoisting towers, workers climb up and down the homework often by climbing scaffolding poles or walking up temporary stairs. This method not only consumes workers physical strength, but also not conducive to safe production. Especially in the construction of high-rise structures, safety problems are more prominent. In order to change this state, we have successively innovated several kinds of safety devices. In the Yanzhou Mining Area Xinglongzhuang mine 45-meter-high brick chimney construction, the use of a built-in activities scaffolding platform, the construction method of vertical well font lifting tower. For the first time, a simple safety device was installed in the cage of the tower.
