随着社会经济逐渐进入知识经济,人力资源在促进企业发展的中作用越来越来大。但是企业的人力资源培训体系存范性不强,随意性大、人力资源培训体系辅助制度不完善缺少有效的激励制度的问题。本文从人力资源培训体系存在的问题出发,浅谈构建完善的人力资源培训体系的策略。
With the social economy gradually entering the knowledge economy, human resources play an increasingly important role in promoting the development of enterprises. However, the training system of human resources in enterprises is not strong in standardization and arbitrarily large, and the system of supporting human resources training system is imperfect and lacks an effective incentive system. Based on the existing problems of human resources training system, this article discusses the strategy of building a perfect human resources training system.
