在发动机型号研制和试飞过程中,稳态性能模型发挥着不可替代的作用,为解决飞行试验单位缺乏足够精度的部件特性的问题,提出了一种根据地面台架试验数据预测发动机部件特性的自适应模型方法,该方法以通用部件特性为基础,以试验测量数据为优化目标,利用罚函数法修正部件特性的耦合因子,逐步逼近出精确的部件特性。计算结果与某型发动机试验数据对比表明方法合理可靠。
In the process of engine model development and flight test, the steady-state performance model plays an irreplaceable role. To solve the problem that the flight test unit lacks sufficient accuracy, this paper presents a new method to predict the characteristics of engine components based on the ground-based test data The model adapts to the model. Based on the characteristics of the common parts, the method takes the experimental measurement data as the optimization objective, and uses the penalty function method to correct the coupling factor of the part characteristics to gradually approximate the exact component characteristics. Comparing the results with some engine test data shows that the method is reasonable and reliable.
