目的比较蓝光间歇照射与蓝光持续照射辅助茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法选取宁都县人民医院2015年1月—2016年6月收治的新生儿黄疸患儿72例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各36例。对照组患儿予以蓝光持续照射与茵栀黄颗粒治疗,治疗组患儿予以蓝光间断照射与茵栀黄颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后血清胆红素水平、治疗效果、症状消失时间、血清胆红素恢复正常时间、治疗时间及并发症发生情况。结果治疗前两组患儿血清胆红素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组患儿血清胆红素水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后血清胆红素水平低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿症状消失时间、胆红素水平恢复正常时间、治疗时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蓝光间歇照射较蓝光持续照射辅助茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果更好,可有效改善患儿临床症状、降低胆红素水平,缩短治疗时间,且不良反应少。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of intermittent irradiation with blue light and continuous irradiation of blue light to assist Yinzhihuang granule in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 72 cases of neonatal jaundice in Ningdu County People’s Hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 36 cases each. Children in the control group were given continuous blue light irradiation and Yinzhihuang granule treatment. The children in the treatment group were given intermittent blue light irradiation and Yinzhihuang granule treatment. The levels of serum bilirubin, the treatment effect, the disappearance of symptoms, the normal time of serum bilirubin recovery, the treatment time and the complication were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in serum bilirubin levels between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, serum bilirubin level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) Serum bilirubin levels were lower after treatment than before treatment (P <0.05). The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Treatment group children disappeared symptoms, bilirubin levels returned to normal time, treatment time was shorter than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Intermittent blue light irradiation compared with continuous blue light assisted Yinzhihuang granules treatment of neonatal jaundice clinical effect is better, which can effectively improve children’s clinical symptoms, reduce the level of bilirubin, shorten the treatment time, and fewer adverse reactions.
