本文较全面地叙述了高速内燃机连杆强度的有限元分析方法.其中主要包括连杆静态应力的数值计算和动态应力的模拟计算方法.文中还以Z12V190B型柴油机连杆的强度研究为例,探讨了计算中如边界条件对计算结果影响等若干问题,为正确运用有限元法进行连杆强度的研究提供了有益的参考.为了判别计算结果的可靠性,文中还引入了静态应力测量的结果以进行比较,结果表明,本文所采用的算法是基本可靠的.
