科学师资薄弱是制约科学课程实施的“瓶颈”。振兴科学师资的良策在于:厘清科学课程的性质,严格科学师资的选用,提高科学师资的待遇,延长科学师资的培养年限,加大科学师资的培养力度。 The weakness of science teachers is a bottleneck restricting the implementation of the science curriculum. The good policy of rejuvenating science teachers is to clarify the nature of science curricula, strictly choose science teachers, improve the treatment of science teachers, extend the training years of science teachers and increase the training of science teachers.
