针对内燃机车检修试验的需要,设计了一款用于内燃机车辅助发电机检测的干式智能试验台,介绍了该试验台总体结构设计及软硬件系统设计的关键部分。软件系统分别采用时域抽取的基2-FFT、基于正弦信号三参数的函数拟合实现谐波分析及试验数据的曲线拟合。该智能试验台可有效提高机车出库检测的效率和试验性能,以确保机车的可靠运行。
Aimed at the need of overhaul test of diesel locomotive, a dry intelligent test bench for auxiliary generator testing of diesel locomotive was designed. The key part of the overall structure design and hardware and software system design of the test bench was introduced. The software system uses the fundamental 2-FFT extracted in the time domain and the function fitting based on the three parameters of the sinusoidal signal respectively to realize the harmonic analysis and the curve fitting of the experimental data. The intelligent test stand can effectively improve the efficiency and test performance of locomotive inspection to ensure the reliable operation of the locomotive.
