本文研究金丝桃甙(Hyperin,Hyp)对中枢神经系统的一般药理作用。实验发现:①ipHyp12.5~50mg·kg~(-1)呈剂量依赖性减少小鼠活动;②ipHyp12.5~50mg·kg~(-1)轻度减少家兔的肺通气量但无明显量一效关系,且呼吸频率不受影响,ivCaCl_2可拮抗Hyp减少肺通气量的作用;③ipHyp100mg·kg~(-1)不能拮抗士的宁所致的小鼠惊厥发作和死亡。上述结果表明:Hyp具有镇静作用,虽减少肺通气但不抑制呼吸中枢节律活动。
This article studies the general pharmacological effects of Hyperin (Hyp) on the central nervous system. The results showed that: ①IPHyp12.5 ~ 50mg · kg -1 reduced the activity of mice in a dose-dependent manner; ②ipHyp12.5 ~ 50mg · kg -1 reduced the lung ventilation of rabbits slightly but no significant Iv CaCl 2 can antagonize Hyp to reduce the pulmonary ventilation; ③ipHyp100 mg · kg -1 can not antagonize seizure-induced seizures and death in mice induced by strychnine. The above results show that: Hyp sedative effect, although less pulmonary ventilation but does not inhibit respiratory rhythmic activity.
