以烤烟品种NC89为材料,研究了干旱胁迫对烟叶膜脂过氧化及其保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下烟叶中超氧物歧化酶活性先上升后下降,过氧化物酶活性持续上升,过氧化氢酶活性一直下降,丙二醛含量和细胞膜相对透性逐渐增加。复水2~4天,上述指标均能恢复到处理前水平,表明它们对干旱胁迫的反应都很敏感,而且干旱对烟株的伤害可能与植株体内活性氯代谢失调有关。
The effect of drought stress on membrane lipid peroxidation and its protective enzyme activity in tobacco was studied using a flue-cured tobacco variety NC89. The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in tobacco leaves increased firstly and then decreased under drought stress, the peroxidase activity continued to increase, the catalase activity decreased, the MDA content and the relative permeability of the cell membrane gradually increased. After rewatering for 2-4 days, the above indexes could be restored to their pre-treatment level, indicating that they are all sensitive to drought stress. Moreover, the injury to the tobacco plants may be related to the imbalance of active chlorophyll metabolism in the plants.
