糖、盐、油,为日常饮食所不可少,但吃多了,则对身体有害。世界卫生组织已经就这个问题向各国政府敲响了警钟。其中一句发人深省:…sugar should not account for more than 10 percent of the energy intake in an av-erage diet.(糖不应该超过日常食物的能量摄入的10%)我国的卫生部似乎对老百姓的饮食卫生尚未表现出如此周到的“人文关怀”。
Sugar, salt, and oil are essential for daily diet, but eating too much is harmful to the body. The World Health Organization has already sounded a wake-up call to governments on this issue. One of these thought-provoking:...sugar should not account for more than 10 percent of the energy intake in an av-erage diet.(The sugar should not exceed 10% of the energy intake of daily food) The Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China seems to be responsible for the food hygiene of the common people. Has not shown such thoughtful “humanistic care”.
