目的 :了解喉鳞癌端粒酶活性的表达情况及其与细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclinD1)过度表达的关系。方法 :分别应用TRAP法和免疫组化法对 38例喉鳞癌组织及相关喉粘膜组织的端粒酶活性和cyclinD1的表达情况进行检测。结果 :喉鳞癌病例中 82 % (31/ 38)有端粒酶活性表达 ,5 0 % (19/ 38)有cyclinD1过度表达 ;两者表达均与患者的年龄、肿瘤部位、T分期、病理学分级无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而端粒酶表达与肿瘤的临床分期有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,cyclinD1表达与肿瘤的临床分期无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,喉正常粘膜中两者均无表达 ;喉鳞癌组织中两者均表达 18例 ,两者密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :端粒酶的激活在喉鳞癌组织中普遍存在 ,cyclinD1过度表达可能是喉鳞癌端粒酶激活的重要机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression of telomerase activity in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with the overexpression of cyclin D1. Methods: The telomerase activity and cyclinD1 expression in 38 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and related laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by TRAP and immunohistochemistry respectively. Results: Telomerase activity was found in 82% (31/38) of the patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and overexpression of cyclinD1 in 50% (19/38) of the patients. The expression of cyclinD1 was correlated with age, tumor location, T stage, There was no correlation between the expression of telomerase and the clinical staging of tumor (P <0.05). The expression of cyclinD1 was not related to the clinical stage (P> 0.05) There was no expression in both normal and mucosa, and both of them were expressed in 18 cases of LSCC (P <0.05). Conclusion: The activation of telomerase is ubiquitous in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Overexpression of cyclinD1 may be one of the important mechanisms of telomerase activation in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
