研究受侵染程度不同的烤烟花叶病烟株叶中保护酶活性和超微结构的结果表明,病毒伤害烟株的原因之一是不能及时清除活性氧,导致活性氧和丙二醛积累,引起质膜伤害,最终导致超微结构破坏,烟株生长受抑制,生物量积累下降。据此认为,烟草花叶病防治,除了防除病源外,还应注意超微结构的保护和恢复。
The results of protective enzyme activity and ultrastructure of leaves of flue-cured tobacco mosaic (FMC) infected by different degrees of infection showed that one of the reasons that the virus harmed tobacco was that it could not remove reactive oxygen species promptly, resulting in the accumulation of reactive oxygen species and malondialdehyde, Causing plasma membrane damage, eventually leading to the destruction of ultrastructure, tobacco plant growth inhibition, biomass accumulation decreased. Therefore, prevention and treatment of tobacco mosaic disease, in addition to controlling the source of disease, should also pay attention to the protection and restoration of ultrastructure.
