目的:评价高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)法测定人尿样中扎托布洛芬浓度的不确定度。方法:对HPLCMS/MS法测定人尿样中扎托布洛芬浓度全过程进行分析,量化各个测量不确定度分量,合成标准不确定度,给出扩展不确定度。结果:置信概率为95%时,尿样低、中、高浓度扎托布洛芬的扩展不确定度分别为0.510 2,0.563 2,1.236μg·mL-1。结论:该方法适用于HPLC-MS/MS法测定尿样中扎托布洛芬浓度的不确定度评定,为复杂生物基质分析过程中的不确定度评定提供了重要参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the uncertainty of the concentration of zatoprofen in human urine samples by HPLC-MS / MS. Methods: The whole process of determination of zatoprofen concentration in human urine samples by HPLCMS / MS was analyzed, the components of each measurement uncertainty were quantified, the standard uncertainty was synthesized, and the extended uncertainty was given. Results: When the confidence probability was 95%, the expanded uncertainty of low, medium and high concentration of zotupatupine in urine was 0.510, 2.06363 and 1.236μg · mL-1, respectively. Conclusion: The method is suitable for the determination of uncertainty of urine concentration of zatoprofen by HPLC-MS / MS, and provides an important reference for the evaluation of uncertainty in complex biological matrix analysis.
