为解决中小企业生产车间安全评价过程中定量描述与定性概念转换间存在的不确定性问题,建立基于层次分析法(AHP)的中小企业生产车间安全评价云模型。首先,建立安全评价指标体系,全面系统地分析生产车间易导致事故发生的各项因素,依此建立指标集;其次,通过AHP法计算各指标因素的权重,确定评价标准云及云模型参数;最后,定性和定量转换评价信息,得到其生产车间综合评价云图,并与评价标准云对比,结合相似度计算公式,确定其安全等级。研究结果表明,用基于AHP的云模型得到的评价结果与其他方法的评价结果一致;同时图形化的评价结果更加直观形象。
In order to solve the problem of uncertainty between quantitative description and qualitative concept conversion in SME workshop safety evaluation, a safety assessment cloud model for SME workshop based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was established. Firstly, the index system of safety evaluation is set up, the factors which lead to accidents in production workshop are comprehensively and systematically analyzed, and the index set is established. Secondly, the weight of each index factor is calculated by AHP method to determine the evaluation standard cloud and cloud model parameters; Finally, qualitative and quantitative conversion evaluation information, get the comprehensive evaluation of production workshop cloud, and compared with the evaluation criteria cloud, combined with similarity calculation formula to determine the level of security. The results show that the evaluation results obtained by the AHP-based cloud model are consistent with the evaluation results of other methods. At the same time, the graphical evaluation results are more intuitive.
