技艺和记忆是非物质文化遗产的形式和内涵。文化记忆通过一定的技艺代代相传,不断延续发展;技艺反映了对世界的认识和审美观念,是承载文化记忆的重要方式。美术教育对技艺的传承具有独特的优势,基础美术教育应承担起“非遗”普及和传播的使命。通过美术教育形成的这种记忆并非“非遗”所承载的文化记忆,而是学生整个学习过程的记忆。然而,这种记忆随着学生的积累逐渐变为对文化的深层次理解与认同,“非遗”传承中期望形成的文化记忆将会在彼时成为现实。
Skill and memory are the form and content of intangible cultural heritage. Cultural memory is passed on from generation to generation and continues to develop. Cultural skills reflect the world’s understanding and aesthetic concepts and are important ways to carry cultural memory. Art education has unique advantages to the inheritance of skills, and basic art education should assume the mission of popularization and dissemination of “non - survivors ”. This kind of memory formed through art education is not the cultural memory carried by the “non-legacy” but the memory of the students’ entire learning process. However, with the accumulation of students, this memory gradually becomes the deep understanding and recognition of culture. The cultural memories expected from the inheritance of “non-legacy” will then become a reality.
