目的:对中药大通筋的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱等多种色谱分离技术进行分离纯化,根据理化常数和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从大通筋根茎中共分离得到9个单体化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1),表木栓醇(2),木栓酮(3),5,3’,5’-三甲氧基-7-甲基黄酮(4),大黄素甲醚(5),大黄素(6),5,6,4’-三羟基-7,8-二甲氧基黄酮(7),β-胡萝卜苷(8),蒙花苷(9)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical composition of Chase’s rib tendon. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, TLC and other chromatographic techniques. The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral data. Results: Nine monomer compounds were isolated from the rhizomes of Chase tendons and identified as β-sitosterol (1), epiclodextrin (2), woody ketone (3), 5,3 ’, 5’- (4), emodin (5), emodin (6), 5,6,4’-trihydroxy-7,8- dimethoxyflavone (7), beta - Daucosterol (8), Monatin (9). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
