螺距误差是蜗杆的主要精度之一。为保证蜗杆的螺距误差,应保证分头精度和正确掌握单侧切削。由于模数制蜗杆的螺距等于3.14的倍数,螺距数不规整,因此用“对合螺母分度法”或用小拖板加块规等方法都受到限制。同时在螺距较大蜗杆的单侧切削时,要求在同一进刀深度逐个加工同一方向上的牙形侧面,分度次数频繁,所以要求分度简便、精度高。为此,我们采用了棘轮式组合分度拨盘(见图),效果良好。
Pitch error is one of the main accuracy of the worm. In order to ensure the pitch error of the worm, should ensure the accuracy of the division and the correct grasp of unilateral cutting. As the modular worm screw pitch is equal to a multiple of 3.14, pitch irregularities, so “with the nut indexing method” or with a small drag plate and other methods are limited. In the meantime, it is required to process one side of the dentin in the same direction one by one at the same feed depth when single-side cutting of a worm with a large pitch is performed, and the number of times of indexing is frequent. Therefore, the indexing is required to be simple and accurate. To this end, we use a combination of dial ratchet dial (see photo), the effect is good.
