运用Moldflow软件对最佳浇注点进行了分析,采用Pro/E软件建立了塑件实体模型,创建模具体积块,对模具分模和温度调节系统进行了模拟,确保了模具运行可靠。最后基于模具体积块利用EMX软件进行了模架调用与装配,设计了汽车车门内饰板注塑模具。结果表明:采用三维CAD/CAE技术能直接进行从产品到模具体积块的设计,缩短了产品的开发周期降,低了模具的设计和制造成本。
Moldflow software was used to analyze the best pouring point. The plastic part model was established by Pro / E software and the mold volume block was created. The mold parting and temperature control system were simulated to ensure the reliable operation of the mold. Finally, based on the mold volume block EMX software was used to call and mold assembly, the design of the car door trim injection mold. The results show that using 3D CAD / CAE technology can directly design the volume from the product to the mold, shorten the product development cycle and reduce the mold design and manufacturing costs.
