目的研究超临界CO2流体提取广东紫珠中总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验,考察提取压力、温度、时间以及夹带剂用量对广东紫珠中总黄酮化合物提取率的影响。结果超临界CO2流体提取广东紫珠总黄酮化合物最佳工艺条件为:压力40 MPa、温度40℃、时间1 h、夹带剂用量为4.5 mL·g-1,最佳条件下总黄酮提取率为6.27%,含量为65.21%。结论超临界CO2流体提取广东紫珠总黄酮工艺简单、提取率高。
Objective To study the best technology of extracting total flavonoids from Guangdong purple beads with supercritical CO2 fluid. Methods The effects of extraction pressure, temperature, time and amount of entrainer on the extraction of total flavonoids from the purple beads of Guangdong were studied by orthogonal test. Results The optimal conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids from Ziziphus jujuba were as follows: pressure 40 MPa, temperature 40 ℃, time 1 h, amount of entrainer 4.5 mL · g-1. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 6.27%, content of 65.21%. Conclusion Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of total flavonoids from Guangdong purple beads is simple and the extraction rate is high.
