针对以往系列化产品设计过程中自动化程度不高、有限元分析的工作量较大的问题,提出了一种基于参数化变型设计的自动化设计方法。研究了三维造型软件SolidWorks和有限元分析软件ANSYS的二次开发方法,实现了运用VB和APDL语言对其的二次开发;分析了设计过程中参数校核不严谨的现象,制定了设计参数包括常规计算、设计校核及有限元分析的双重校核机制;结合铸造起重机小车架的结构特点,将参数化变型设计和模块化思想有机地结合起来,开发了铸造起重机小车架参数化设计系统,并以小车端梁设计为例进行了验证。
Aiming at the problems of low degree of automation in design process of serialized products and large workload of finite element analysis in the past, an automatic design method based on parameterized variant design was proposed. The secondary development methods of SolidWorks software and ANSYS software are researched, and the secondary development of the software is realized by using VB and APDL language. The parameter checking is not rigorous in design process, and the design parameters including Conventional calculation, design verification and finite element analysis of the double check mechanism; combined with the structural characteristics of the casting crane frame, the parametric design and modular modular combination of organic ideas, the development of a small crane frame casting parametric design System, and the car beam design as an example has been verified.
