一、概念及运行模式跨境贸易电子商务是指分属不同关境的交易主体,通过电子商务平台达成交易、进行支付结算,并通过跨境物流送达商品、完成交易的一种国际商业活动。我国跨境贸易电子商务主要分为企业对企业(即B2B)和企业对消费者(即B2C)的贸易模式。B2B模式下,企业运用电子商务以广告和信息发布为主,成交和通关流程基本在线下完成。B2C模式下,我国企业直接面对国外消费者,以销售个人消费品为主,物流方面主要采用航空小包、邮寄、快递等方式,其报关主体是邮政或快递公司。
I. Concepts and Operational Models Cross-border trade Electronic commerce refers to trading entities that belong to different customs areas. It is an international business activity in which transactions are concluded through e-commerce platforms, payment settlement is conducted, and cross-border logistics is used to deliver goods and complete transactions. . China’s cross-border trade e-commerce is mainly divided into business-to-business (ie B2B) and business-to-consumer (ie B2C) trade models. Under the B2B model, companies use e-commerce to distribute advertisements and information, and transactions and customs clearance processes are basically completed online. Under the B2C model, Chinese enterprises directly face foreign consumers, mainly selling personal consumer goods. Logistics uses mainly airline parcels, postal services, and express delivery. The customs declaration entity is a postal or courier company.
