目的就ERα、ERβ、PCNA在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达与肿瘤细胞增殖的关系进行探讨分析。方法 66例卵巢上皮癌石蜡包埋组织块,采用免疫组织化学的sABC法。ERα和ERβ兔抗人多克隆抗体、PCNA鼠抗人单克隆抗体、sABC试剂盒,分别来自不同的试剂公司。结果①ERα在卵巢上皮癌组织中呈高表达(72.7%)。ERβ在卵巢上皮癌组织中有表达(42.4%),但表达率低于ERα、ERα和ERβ之间具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②PCNA在卵巢上皮癌组织中均呈高表达(87.9%)。PCNA的表达与ERα在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达均有显著差异(P<0.01),而与ERβ在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 ERα在卵巢上皮癌的表达增高,可促进肿瘤的发生发展。PCNA的高表达预示肿瘤细胞的增殖活跃。PCNA和ERα二指标可成为反映卵巢上皮癌增殖的指标。为了探讨ERα、ERβ、PCNA在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达与肿瘤胞增殖的关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of ERα, ERβ and PCNA in ovarian epithelial carcinoma and tumor cell proliferation. Methods 66 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer paraffin-embedded tissue blocks, using immunohistochemical sABC method. ERα and ERβ rabbit anti-human polyclonal antibodies, PCNA mouse anti-human monoclonal antibodies, sABC kit, respectively, from different reagent companies. Results ①ERα was highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues (72.7%). ERβ was expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues (42.4%), but its expression was lower than that of ERα. There was a significant difference between ERα and ERβ (P <0.05). ②PCNA expression in epithelial ovarian cancer were high (87.9%). There was significant difference between the expression of PCNA and the expression of ERα in epithelial ovarian cancer (P <0.01), but not with the expression of ERβ in epithelial ovarian cancer (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of ERα in epithelial ovarian cancer is increased, which may promote the development of tumor. The high expression of PCNA predicts the proliferation of tumor cells. PCNA and ERα two indicators can be an indicator of epithelial ovarian cancer proliferation. To investigate the relationship between the expression of ERα, ERβ and PCNA in epithelial ovarian cancer and the proliferation of tumor cells.
