以ADAMS为工具,移动式煤仓耙装机构为设计研究对象,运用ADAMS二次开发技术,根据仿真对象的要求,对传统的耙装机构进行改进和二次开发设计,建立新的耙装机构虚拟样机,克服了传统耙装机的缺点,并且解决了在ADAMS中复杂模型建模难以及从其他三维设计分析软件中导入模型时产生的信息丢失、无法修改和模型变形等问题。
Taking ADAMS as a tool and mobile coal bunker rake mechanism as the research object, this paper applies ADAMS secondary development technology to improve and secondarily develop the traditional rake mechanism according to the requirements of the simulation object, and establishes a new rake mechanism The virtual prototype overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional harrowing machine and solves the problems such as the difficulty of modeling complex models in ADAMS and the information loss, unmodification and model deformation caused when the model is imported from other three-dimensional design analysis software.
