本工作研究了通过钚的α放射性和同位素组成而确定堆照元件中钚量及其各同位素含量的一般原理及方法。井以一种辐照元件的样品为例进行了具体应用。测定了一块元件中的9个切片的样品,获得了该元件中钚及各同位素含量的数据。实验结果与库仑滴定法测定的总钚量及同位素稀释质谱法测定的各切片相对燃耗值的变化的结果是一致的。本方法目前测定辐照元件中总钚量的不确定度约为±2.0%;对于一般的钚样品不确定度约为±1.5%。
This work studied the general principles and methods for determining the amount of plutonium in plutonium components and their isotopes by the alpha radioactivity and isotopic composition of plutonium. Well with a sample of irradiated components as an example for specific applications. A sample of 9 slices in one element was measured and the plutonium and isotope content of the element were obtained. The experimental results are consistent with the results of coulometric titration of total plutonium and changes in the relative burn-in value of each section determined by isotope dilution mass spectrometry. The current uncertainty in determining the amount of total plutonium in irradiated components by this method is about ± 2.0%; the uncertainty for typical plutonium samples is about ± 1.5%.
