目的探讨彩色多普勒能量图在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的应用。方法３６例卵巢肿瘤４８个病灶分别经彩色多普勒能量图（ＣＤＰＩ）与彩色多普勒血流图（ＣＤＦＩ）检查。结果卵巢良性肿瘤以周边型血流为主，恶性肿瘤则以内部血流为主。结论ＣＤＰＩ能完整地显示肿瘤内部的血管树（网），为卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断及其与卵巢良性肿瘤的鉴别诊断提供了新的途径
Objective To investigate the application of color Doppler energy imaging in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods Totally 48 lesions in 36 cases of ovarian tumors were examined by color Doppler flow imaging (CDPI) and color Doppler flowgraphy (CDFI). Results The main benign ovarian tumors with peripheral blood flow, malignant tumors are mainly internal blood flow. Conclusion CDPI can completely display the vascular tree (nets) inside the tumor, which provides a new approach for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer and its differential diagnosis with benign ovarian tumors
