根据Incoloy028合金管材生产环节的具体情况,制定了不同的敏化处理制度。采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等测试方法,表征了在不同敏化处理制度下,Incoloy028合金组织中析出相的种类、形态、分布、结构和成分,同时,结合草酸电解法分析了析出相对合金耐晶间腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,Incoloy028合金在800~1000℃敏化处理时有明显的第二相析出,析出相的产生导致周围区域Cr、Mo等合金元素含量的降低,使富Cr、Mo区与贫Cr、Mo区之间的微区电偶腐蚀效应加剧,造成合金耐晶间腐蚀能力的下降。
According to Incoloy028 alloy pipe production of the specific circumstances, developed a different sensitization system. The types, morphologies, distributions, structures and compositions of the precipitated phases in Incoloy028 alloy were characterized under different sensitization regimes by means of metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. In the meantime, The effect of intergranular corrosion resistance on the relative alloy was analyzed. The results show that during the sensitization treatment at 800 ~ 1000 ℃, Incoloy028 alloy has obvious second phase precipitation. The precipitation of precipitates leads to the decrease of alloying elements such as Cr and Mo in the surrounding area, The area between the galvanic corrosion effect of micro-zone aggravated, resulting in decreased resistance to intergranular corrosion of the alloy.
