目的:比较湖北麦冬和山麦冬花药及花粉发育的差异,探讨湖北麦冬不育的细胞学机理。方法:采用石蜡切片法,对湖北麦冬和山麦冬的花药与花粉发育过程进行了比较研究。结果:山麦冬花药绒毡层为分泌绒毡层,二分体时期开始解体,至花药完全成熟时,绒毡层和中层细胞彻底消失,成熟花粉为3-细胞型。湖北麦冬花药绒毡层在减数分裂早期已大部分解体退化,绒毡层细胞液泡化膨大,单核小孢子败育,花粉粒畸形。结论:绒毡层发育异常和提前退化是湖北麦冬花粉败育的重要原因。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the difference of anther and pollen development of Ophiopogon japonicus and Ophiopogon japonicus in Hubei province, and to explore the cytological mechanism of Ophiopogon japonicus infertility. Methods: The paraffin section method was used to compare the development of anther and pollen of Ophiopogon japonicus and Ophiopogon japonicus. RESULTS: The tapetum of S. sibirica was a secreted tapetum, which began to disintegrate in the dichotomous period. When the anthers completely matured, the tapetum and middle layer cells completely disappeared. The mature pollen was a 3-cell type. Ophiopogon japonicus tapetum had mostly disintegrated and degenerated at early stage of meiosis, vacuolization and expansion of tapetal cells, aborted single-core microspore and pollen grains deformity. Conclusion: The abnormal tapetum development and early degeneration are the important reasons of pollen abortion in Ophiopogon japonicus.
