食品安全关乎大众身体健康,需要引起相关部门的高度重视。本文首先分析了超市临期及过期食品管理体系框架构建的思路和信息系统,然后分析了国外超市临期及过期食品处理方法,讨论了其借鉴意义和对我国超市食品管理的启示。
Food safety is related to the general public’s health and needs the attention of relevant departments. This paper firstly analyzes the train of thought and information system for the establishment of the framework of food management system for the supermarket expired and outdated, then analyzes the methods of dealing with the expired and expired foods in supermarkets in foreign countries, discusses the significance of its reference and the enlightenment to the food management in our country.
