建立了一种以新型的、低密度有机溶剂作为萃取剂对增香保润剂中4种抗氧化剂进行萃取的新方法.该方法针对辛醇漂浮于液面不易收集的特点,将分散液-液微萃取与癸酸包覆的Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子相结合.辛醇及磁性纳米粒子快速分散在含抗氧化剂的样品溶液中,经涡旋混合后,通过磁铁达到快速分离,解吸后结合高效液相色谱进行测定.结果表明,叔丁基对羟基茴香醚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、没食子酸丙酯、叔丁基对苯二酚在50~1 000 μg/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数在0.9976~0.9991之间,检出限为1.5~6.8 μg/L,回收率为91.0%~98.4%,相对标准偏差为2.7%~5.2%.方法具有传质速率快、可控性强和富集倍数高等特点,实现了分散液-液微萃取与磁分离技术的良好结合.“,”A novel and rapid low-density solvent based dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DUME) technique was developed for the preconcentration of synthetic phenolic antioxidants(SPAs) in flavoured humectant samples.In this work,1-octanol was used as an extractant in DLLME,and decanoic acid modified Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (DA@Fe3 O4 MNPs) as a carrier to retrieve and separate the extractant.1-Octanol and MNPs were rapidly dispersed in sample solution by vortex mixing and quickly isolated by a magnet.Ultimately,the eluant used to desorb 1-octanol as well as the SPAs from the MNPs was determined by HPLC.The results showed that good linearity of four SPAs was obtained in the range of 50-1 000 ng/mL with the correlation coefficients between 0.9976 and 0.9991 and the limits of detection were estimated in the range of 1.5-6.8 μg/L.The intra-day and inter-day RSDs were in the range of 2.7%-5.2% and 6.9%-13.5%,respectively.High recoveries ranging from 91.0% to 98.4% were obtained.Because of the advantages of rapid mass transfer,strongly controllability and high enrichment associated with the DLLME and the MSPE steps,fast extraction could be achieved.
