医院是社会主义的物质文明和精神文明的窗口,医德医风问题的好坏,对整个社会风气影响很大,对医院本身来讲,又直接关系到医院的声誉和形象。随着改革的深入和市场经济的建立与发展,医务人员的道德观念也在发生变化。不少医院实行定额管理的经济技术承包责任制,提高了经济效益,缓解了看病难、住院难、手术难,呈现了前所未有的生机和活力,但与此同时,不少医务人员出现忽视医疗质量,服务态度滑坡,工作责任心有所下降等医德医风方面的问题。笔者根据日常工作中所见所闻,结合复习文献资料,试作论述。 Hospitals are the window of socialism’s material civilization and spiritual civilization.
