目的 研究支持性心理治疗联合丙戊酸纳在精神分裂症治疗中的效果.方法 选取 2015年 3月至 2018年 2月该院收治的 86例精神分裂症患者,采用电脑盲选法将患者分为两组,各 43例.两组均采用丙戊酸纳治疗,对照组进行常规心理疏导,观察组进行支持性心理治疗,对比两组治疗有效率,以及治疗前、治疗 4周后、治疗 8周后阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分和简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分.结果 观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(93.02％vs.76.74％,x2 = 4.440,P = 0.035);观察组治疗 4周后和治疗 8周后 PANSS评分、BPRS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 支持性心理治疗联合丙戊酸纳对精神分裂症患者疗效显著,可改善患者临床相关症状并提升其精神状态.
