目的研究电刺激小脑顶核对急性脑梗死 ( ACI)患者的疗效与机制。方法 80例 ACI患者随机分为电刺激小脑顶核治疗组 ( 4 0例 )和常规治疗对照组 ( 4 0例 )。分别观察其神经功能缺损程度评分、脑动脉血流量、脑电地形图及呼吸、心率、平均动脉压、血气等生理参数。结果治疗组神经功能缺损程度评分、脑动脉血流量、脑电地形图较刺激前有明显改善 ,且明显优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1)。而呼吸、心率、平均动脉压、血气等生理参数较刺激前无明显差异。结论电刺激小脑顶核可有效改善 ACI患者的临床症状和血流动力学指标 ,且无明显副作用
Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of electrical stimulation of cerebellar fastigial nucleus in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods Eighty ACI patients were randomly divided into electrical stimulation of cerebellar fastigial nucleus (40 cases) and routine treatment control group (40 cases). The neurological deficit score, cerebral arterial blood flow, EEG topography and respiration, heart rate, mean arterial pressure, blood gas and other physiological parameters were observed. Results The scores of neurological deficit, cerebral arterial blood flow and EEG in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before stimulation (P <0.01). The respiration, heart rate, mean arterial pressure, blood gas and other physiological parameters than before stimulation no significant difference. Conclusion Electrical stimulation of the cerebellar fastigial nucleus can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and hemodynamic parameters of ACI patients without obvious side effects
