普外科临床工作中，肠套叠并不少见，但经大肠镜检查明确诊断者不多。作者所在医院从１９９０～１９９９年大肠镜检查７６２５例，发现肠套叠５例，检出率仅为０．６６ 。其中：女性３例，男性２例，年龄４２～７５岁。５例均为回肠结肠型套叠，其中４例因回肠末端肿瘤为诱因
General surgery in clinical work, intussusception is not uncommon, but not by colonoscopy confirmed a diagnosis. The author’s hospital from 1990 to 1999 colonoscopy 7625 cases, found that intussusception in 5 cases, the detection rate was only 0.66. Among them: 3 females, 2 males, aged 42 to 75 years. 5 cases were ileal colon-type intussusception, of which 4 cases due to the terminal ileum tumor as the incentive
