谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GSTs)是广泛分布于各种生物体内的一组多功能同工酶,具有清除体内自由基和超氧阴离子、防癌、抗氧化等作用。作为一种重要的Ⅱ相代谢酶,GSTs在人体的分布具有基因多态性,这种现象会导致编码酶的活性消失或降低,进而影响药物治疗效果。GSTs的基因多态性与多种妇科恶性肿瘤风险相关。本文主要对GSTs基因多态性与宫颈癌关系方面的研究进展进行综述。
Glutathione S-transferase (GSTs) is a group of multi-functional isoenzymes widely distributed in various organisms. It has the functions of scavenging free radicals and superoxide anion in the body, and preventing cancer and antioxidation. As an important phase Ⅱ metabolic enzyme, GSTs have genetic polymorphism in human body. This phenomenon leads to the disappearance or decrease of the activity of coding enzyme, which will affect the effect of drug treatment. Genetic polymorphisms of GSTs are associated with a variety of gynecologic malignancies. This article mainly reviews the research progress on the relationship between GSTs gene polymorphism and cervical cancer.
