目的调查大学城一起较大食物中毒事件的发生原因。方法通过流行病学调查,实验室检验,并开展病例-对照研究,应用SPSS11.0对数据库进行分析。结果206例病人(来自3所大学)均出现腹泻、发热、腹痛等胃肠道不适症状;流行病学曲线显示有两个发病高峰,班级及宿舍分布没有明显聚集性,也无明显年龄倾向性。门诊病例比较研究显示4月13日发病人数明显高于正常水平;病例对照显示某校第二食堂是引起本事件的暴发场所,白切鸡等熟食品是高危食品。食品、工用具、病人、厨工肛拭均检出肠炎沙门菌。结论该起食物中毒事件是由大学城某校第二食堂广泛污染了肠炎沙门菌而引起。
Objective To investigate the causes of the larger food poisoning in University City. Methods Epidemiological investigation, laboratory tests, and case-control studies were carried out, and SPSS11.0 was used to analyze the database. Results 206 patients (from 3 universities) had symptoms of gastrointestinal tract such as diarrhea, fever and abdominal pain. Epidemiological curves showed that there were two peak incidences. There was no obvious aggregation of classes and dormitories nor obvious age-related tendency . A comparative study of outpatient cases showed that the incidence of the disease was significantly higher than the normal level on April 13; the case control showed that the second canteen of a certain school was the place where the incident was caused and the cooked food such as white sliced chicken was high-risk food. Food, utensils, patients, chef anal swab were detected Salmonella enteritidis. Conclusion The incident of food poisoning was caused by the extensive contamination of Salmonella enteritidis by the second canteen in a university school.
