给小鼠腹腔注射(ip)顺铂(CDDP)05、10和15mg/kg,每天1次,连续7天,结果显示,骨髓中多染红细胞(PCE)微核率显著增高,呈剂量依赖关系,PCE百分数则明显下降。给大鼠ipCDDP10mg/kg,或ipCDDP前灌胃(po)水飞蓟宾(SB,40mg/kg),每天1次,连续7天。结果显示,停药后第2、5天CDDP组与CDDP+SB组PCE微核率明显增高,停药后第10天,增高的PCE微核率明显下降;而PCE百分比则明显回升。SB对CDDP所致大鼠微核效应无预防作用,但可预防CDDP引起的PCE百分比下降
