有丝分裂中期细胞内出现的姊妹染色单体互换(SGE)是在细胞的放射自显影研究中发现的。Zakharov等(1972)创用5-澳脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(Brdu)处理中华地鼠细胞的方法研究SG-E。Latt(1973)首先建立检测人体白细胞SGE的方法。此后几经改进,SGE检测已被用于肿瘤研究的一些方面。近年来SGE的文献资料很多,《医学索引》等检索书都为它列出专项。国内田竞生,夏家辉、王秀琴、吴旻、李昌本等也先后建立了SGE的检测方法。现对SGE的有关问题和在肿瘤研究中的应用作一综述。
Sister chromatid exchange (SGE) in mitotic metaphase cells was found in autoradiographic studies of cells. Zakharov et al. (1972) created a method for the treatment of Chinese hamster cells using 5-O-deoxyuridine (Brdu). Latt (1973) first established a method to detect human leukocyte SGE. After several improvements, SGE detection has been used in some aspects of cancer research. In recent years, many SGE literature, “medical index” and other search books are listed as it special. Tian Jiansheng, Xia Jiahui, Wang Xiuqin, Wu Min, Li Changben, also has established a detection method SGE. Now the SGE related issues and applications in cancer research are reviewed.
