采用W/O反相微乳法制备了Ni/CeO2纳米复合催化剂,对比了加热和真空冷冻两种不同干燥方法处理的催化剂以及传统浸渍法制备的催化剂上乙醇水蒸气重整反应性能。由X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、程序升温还原(TPR)和程序升温脱附(TPD)等技术对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,采用反相微乳法制备的Ni/CeO2纳米复合催化剂显示了良好的催化活性和选择性;其中采用真空冷冻干燥处理的催化剂表现出最好的活性,H2产率最高达到42%,CO选择性低至0.35%,并且具有较好的稳定性和抗积炭能力,优于传统浸渍法制备的催化剂。
Ni / CeO2 nanocomposite catalysts were prepared by W / O reverse microemulsion method. The catalysts treated by two different drying methods, heating and vacuum freezing, as well as the steam reforming of ethanol over conventional impregnation catalysts were compared. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), temperature programmed reduction (TPR) and temperature programmed desorption (TPD). The experimental results show that the Ni / CeO2 nanocomposite prepared by reverse microemulsion method shows good catalytic activity and selectivity. Among them, the catalyst with vacuum freeze-drying showed the best activity with the highest H2 yield of 42% , CO selectivity as low as 0.35%, and has good stability and resistance to carbon deposition, better than the traditional impregnation catalyst prepared.
