近二年来,山东省建筑科学研究所、济南市建材科学研究所和济南市硅酸盐砌块厂等单位合作开展了生石灰—粉煤灰加气混凝土的研究工作。通过对3.3×0.9×0.6米模具浇注试验,初步摸索到控制料浆浇注稳定性的技术措施有:确定合理的原材料配比,生石灰分两次加入浇注车,延长加入石灰后的搅拌时间。试验用的生石灰为砌块厂自烧石灰,有效氧化钙含量在65%左右,消解速度10~30分钟,消解温度50~80℃,细度4900孔筛余量15%。
In the past two years, Shandong Institute of Building Science, Jinan Building Materials Science Research Institute and Jinan Silicate Block Factory have cooperated to carry out research work on quicklime-fly ash aerated concrete. Through the casting test of 3.3×0.9×0.6 meters, preliminary technical measures to control the pouring stability of the slurry include determining a reasonable ratio of raw materials, and adding quick lime into the pouring truck twice to prolong the mixing time after adding lime. The quicklime used in the test is burnt lime from the block plant, and the effective calcium oxide content is about 65%. The digestion speed is 10-30 minutes, the digestion temperature is 50-80°C, and the fineness of 4900 holes is 15%.
