目的:评价童喘清颗粒对过敏性哮喘豚鼠的影响。方法:用卵蛋白复制豚鼠哮喘模型,观察童喘清颗粒对哮喘潜伏期、外周血中嗜酸性粒细胞、肺灌洗液中白细胞分类、血清中SOD、MDA、GSH-PX水平及肺组织的影响。结果:童喘清颗粒7.0、3.5和1.75g生药/kg剂量可明显延长哮喘潜伏期(P<0.05~0.001),降低模型豚鼠外周血中嗜酸性粒细胞数目(P<0.05~0.01),降低肺灌洗液中炎性细胞总数,提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05),改善模型动物肺组织病理改变。结论:童喘清颗粒对过敏性哮喘模型豚鼠有很好的保护作用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Tongchuanqing granule on allergic asthma in guinea pigs. Methods: The guinea pig asthma model was replicated with ovalbumin. The effects of Tongchuanqing granule on the latent period of asthma, eosinophil in peripheral blood, leukocyte classification in lung lavage fluid, serum SOD, MDA, GSH-PX and lung tissue were observed . Results: Tongchuanqing Granules 7.0, 3.5 and 1.75g crude drug / kg dose could significantly prolong the latency of asthma (P <0.05 ~ 0.001), reduce the number of eosinophils in peripheral blood of model guinea pigs (P <0.05 ~ 0.01) The total number of inflammatory cells in the lavage fluid increased the serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity (P <0.05), and improved the model animal lung tissue pathological changes. Conclusion: Tongchuanqing granule has a good protective effect on guinea pigs with allergic asthma.
